Filling in the Student Achievement Certificate

⚠️ Access is granted to the Form Teachers of their sections.

Note:
Currently, Achievement Certificates are filled in manually. Information from the journals is not automatically populated. The technical team is already working on improving this functionality.

Steps

  1. Open the "My Section" -> "Achievement Certificates" page.
  2. Select the academic session and section in the filter and click "Open".
  3. A list of students of the selected section will be generated.
  4. Find the student by last and first name.
  5. Check the certificate completion status: "not filled", "partially filled", or "filled".
  6. Click the "Fill" or "Download" button next to the student.
  7. If you select "Fill", a page for entering data will open.
  8. Enter the student's personal achievements, learning activity results, and other indicators.
  9. To save a draft, click the "Save Draft" button in the upper right corner.
  10. Confirm saving the draft in the message that appears.
  11. To save the fully completed certificate, click the "Save" button.
  12. If the certificate is not fully filled, a message about the inability to save will appear.
  13. In the "Characteristics of Learning Activity Results" section, click on the three dots next to the subject name.
  14. Choose "Edit" or "Delete" the subject.
  15. In the "Additional Subjects" section, use the "+" and "−" buttons to add or remove rows with achievement characteristics.
  16. After entering all data, click "Save" to finalize saving the certificate.
