Create Sections

Creating and Managing Sections

⚠️ A Section cannot be deleted. You can only make it inactive.

Steps

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the "Settings" section on the left panel and select "Sections".
  3. Click the "Add" button.
    Fill in all the required fields: Name, Grade Level and Grading System. Choose a form teacher from the list of instructors. Check the box next to "Active" and click the "Submit" button. If you need to create an individual section for a single student, check the box next to "Individual".
  4. To make a section inactive, open the section for editing and uncheck the "Active" box.
  5. Add students to the section.
    Click the Actions next to the section name and select "Students". Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner, choose a student from the list, enter the Start date and click the "Submit" button.
  6. The student will be added to the section and appear in the list of students.
  7. A student can be expelled, removed or the Start date can be edited.
