Result Groups. Class Tag (Journal and PDF)

What does it provide?

By adding a tag to a class (e.g., RG3), you record the result group according to which the current grades were assigned. In the printed version of the journal (PDF), under the column with the date, the tag label is displayed — this can be RG1/RG2/... or another text approved by the institution.

Steps

  1. Open the Journal of the required Section and subject.
  2. In the header of the class date, click Actions → Tags.
  3. In the Add Tags window, choose or enter the tag (e.g., RG3) → Save.

PDF Check

  1. On the journal page, click Export → PDF.
  2. Open the file and check: under the date column, the tag label is displayed.

Notes

  • If you evaluate different result groups on different days/columns, assign the corresponding tags in each column (this practice corresponds to the Ministry of Education’s recommendations for assessment by result groups).
  • For full reports for a period (for example, "Accounting of educational achievements"), refer to the Reports section; access is set by the administration.
