Result Groups. Creating Tags

What are tags and why.

Tags are short text labels by which the school records which group of results (GR) the class was assessed by. The tag text is printed in PDF under the corresponding class date, which is necessary to comply with the Ministry of Education's recommendations on assessment by result groups.

⚠️ Only the school administration can activate and manage the "Tags" module.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Workspace Modules and activate the modules: Tags, Tags for Classes, and Gradebook Tags.
  2. After activation, open Settings → Tags → click ADD.
  3. Create short tags for result groups: GR1, GR2, GR3, GR4. If needed, add other administrative tags (for final/control, etc.).

Management

  • Edit/delete — menu Actions in the tag row.
  • The set of tags is determined by the institution's policy; the tag text is printed in the PDF.
