Access to the system with Administrator permissions is required to work with this section.
In the "ACL Manage" menu section, the Art School Administrator can configure access permissions to art school functionality for different user types. This allows defining which roles will have access to journals, performances, reports, and settings of the art school workspace.
The page displays a permissions table:
Typically, the following user types are available in the Art School workspace:
- Administrator (Art)
- Principal (Art)
- Deputy Principal (Art)
- Teacher (Art)
- Concertmaster
- Student (Art)

To grant/restrict access to specific functionality for a selected role:
1. Navigate to "Settings" → "ACL Manage".
2. Type Art Schools in the search field.
3. In the "Art Schools" block, check or uncheck the corresponding box and click the "Save" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
