The “Individual Journal” reportis a platform report for generating and downloading an individual journal of an art school student.

This report contains:

• title page;
• teacher;
• discipline;
• study level the student entered;
• enrollment date;
• student profile at the commencement of enrollment;
• student’s personal information (when enrolled, teacher, parents’ phone number, records of transfer/expulsion);
• study program (modules and results);
• attendance records;
• public performances (art events);
• records of briefings and safety seminars;

The report is used for recording individual learning, monitoring academic performance, and preparing school documentation.

Generating the "Individual Journal" report¶

Steps¶

1. In the left menu, open the “Reports” section.
2. Go to the “Individual Journal” subsection.
3. In the report generation block, select:
   - session;
   - subject;
   - section (individual).
4. Click the “Create” button.

The system will generate the report and add it to the list of reports below.

Report statuses¶

• Success — the report has been successfully generated and is available for download.
• Pending — the report is being generated.
• Error — an error occurred while generating the report.

Actions with reports¶

Report preview
Click the generated report file. An embedded window with a report preview will open.

Downloading the report
Click the arrow icon below the report file to save the generated file to your device.

Viewing an error
If the report has the “Error” status:
1. Click the context menu button to the right of the report.
2. Select “View error” to view the error details.
3. A modal window with report information will open, where the error will be described in the botton line.

Removing a report
To delete a generated report, click the “Remove” button to the right of the required record.
