What is displayed in the list of individual journals¶

For each created individual journal, the following information is available:
- individual section;
- teacher;
- subject;
- study levels;
- department;

Creating a New Individual Journal of an Art School¶

1. Go to "Art Journals" → "Individual" in the menu.
2. Click the "Add" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Fill in the required fields in the journal creation form:
   - section
   - teacher
   - subject
   - study level - department
   - enrollment date for the initial Academic Year
   - student profile at the commencement of enrollment
4. Click "Submit".

Art School Individual Journal Modules¶

In the Individual Journal, a module usually includes:
- caption;
- hours;
- control form;
- study program;
- topics;
- module objectives;
- results;

Creating a New Module in the Art School Individual Journal¶

1. Go to "Art Journals" → "Individual" in the menu.
2. Click the context menu to the right of the required journal in the list and select "Modules".
3. The "Modules" page will open. Click the "Add" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
4. Fill in the required fields in the form.
5. Click "Submit".
6. To edit/remove a specific module, select the required module from the list, click the context menu button on the right, and choose the required action.

Art School Individual Journal Module Topics¶

Creating a New Module Topic in the Art School Individual Journal¶

1. Go to "Art Journals" → "Individual" in the menu.
2. Click the context menu to the right of the required individual journal in the list and select "Modules".
3. Select the required module, click the context menu button to the right of it, and select "Topics".
4. The "Topics" page will open. Click the "Add" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
5. Fill in the required fields in the form:
   - sequence
   - topic
   - control forms
6. Click "Submit".
7. To edit/remove a specific topic, select the required topic from the list, click the context menu button on the right, and choose the required action.

Actions with an Individual Journal¶

A context menu is available on the right for each individual journal. Through this menu, you can perform the following actions:
- Journal - open the individual section journal directly and start working;
- View — view general information about the individual journal;
- Edit — change the journal parameters;
- Remove — delete the journal from the list.

How to Start Working in the Art School Individual Journal¶

1. Go to "Art Journals" → "Individual" in the menu.
2. Click the context menu to the right of the required journal in the list and select "Journal".
3. A separate browser page with the selected individual journal will open.
