⚠️ If the name was entered correctly but the error still appears, contact the institution's administration to update the information.

Steps

  1. If the error "Could not find a user with that name" appears, check the correctness of the full name entered.

  2. If the error "This email address is already in use" appears, use a different email address.

  3. If you use Gmail, you can add +1 before the "@" symbol in the address to create another account. For example, instead of [email protected] use [email protected].
