Configure the Workspace Template Settings

Steps

  1. Navigate to Admin -> Workspace Templates in the panel menu on the left.
  2. Select specific template and click the context menu button to the right of the template.
  3. Select "Settings".
  4. Here you will see all the available settings that are pre-configured for a Workspace Template.
    They are as follows:
    - Percent Lessons For Absence
    - Maximum Extra Vacation Days
    - Enable Edit Vacation Teacher
    - Maximum Day Off Days
    - Maximum number of annual vacation days
    - Teachers Access To Library Management
    - Teachers Access According Schedule
    - Parent Request Auto Approval

    - Default Evaluation System
    - Logo
    - Default Currency
    - Default Attendance Type
    - Internal Notifications Incidents
    - Email Notifications Incidents
    - Phone Format Regexp
    - Timesheet Grid
    - Name Format
    - Days Before Current Date In Journal
    - Days After Current Date In Journal
    - Default Timezone
    - Day Start Time
    - Day End Time
    - Assignments Reminder Time
    - Phone Format Disclaimer
    - Note Empty Cells
    - Note Color Configuration
    - Phone Format Mask
    - Internal Notification Individual Upcoming Lessons

  5. Admin can enable/disable or edit all the fields according to the school preferences and policies.

  6. After making changes to the settings, click Submit to save the settings.
