Creating a Zoom Meeting

⚠️ If the Zoom account is not linked to a platform, do this in advance in your profile.

Steps

  1. Log in to the account linked with Zoom. Open the journal in the desired section.

  2. In the upper right corner of the journal, click the button with the camera icon to create a meeting.

  3. Confirm the creation of the meeting by clicking the "Yes" button.

  4. Check if the meeting has been created. Click on the three dots below the class date and find the "Join" button.

  5. To join the meeting, click the "Join" button in the journal column or the button with the camera icon and select "Join". To delete the meeting, choose the "Delete" option.

  6. Students will see a link to the meeting in the gradebook next to the class as a button with a camera icon.
