Export of Assignment Results¶

Once a student completes an assignment, the teacher reviews it, and it receives the “Completed” status, a teacher or administrator can download a PDF report for the assignment results.
The document contains all information: student details, assignment requirements, grade, and a full breakdown of the student’s answers to each question of a quiz if the one was attached.

What does the PDF document contain?¶

Student information:
- Student full name
- Section
- Assignment upload date

Assignment details:
- Teacher
- Subject
- Assignment title
- Attached quizzes
- Due date
- Attached files

Assessment
- Assigned grade
- Teacher’s comment on the grade

Quiz results (if a quiz is attached to the assignment)
- Quiz title, time limit
- Quiz start and finish date/time
- Total score: earned / maximum (for example, 21/24)
- Each question text, answer options, selected student answer

How to export a student’s assignment results¶

Steps¶

1. In the left-side platform menu, click “Assignments”.
2. A list of all assignments assigned to students will open.
3. In the status filter, select "Completed" (assignments reviewed by the teacher).
4. Find the specific student’s assignment in the list.

   📝 Note:
   Only assignments with the “Completed” status are available for export. Assignments with the “Review” or “In Progress” status cannot be exported.

5. Click the context menu button to the right of the assignment and select the "Export" option.
6. The PDF file will automatically be downloaded to your computer.
