"Network of Sections" Report

⚠️ Administrator role is required.

The “Network of Sections” report displays the overall structure of academic sections in the school: how many sections exist in each grade level, how many students they have, and how evenly they are distributed.

You can open the report through the ReportsNetwork of Sections in the panel menu on the left.

What the report table represents:

The table is divided into three blocks:
- elementary school (grades 1–4);
- middle school (grades 5–9);
- high school (grades 10–11);

Each block displays the grade levels, the sections within those grade levels, and the total number of students in sections, grade levels, as well as the average section size.

Number of students by age: this is the total number of students within each grade division at school (elementary, middle, high school).

This is needed for:

  • workload planning,
  • classroom scheduling,
  • clubs,
  • duty schedules.

Average section size by age: this is the average number of students per sections for each school division.

Basically, the platform calculates: total number of students ÷ number of sections.

For example:
94 students in 10 sections → 94 / 10 = 9.4 students on average.

The indicator helps to understand whether:
- sections are overcrowded,
- or, on the contrary, very under-enrolled.

“Total” row:

At the bottom of the table, the following indicators are displayed:
- the total number of sections in the school,
- the total number of students,
- the average section size across the school.

There is an “Export” button in the upper right corner of the page.
It allows you to download the report as a file for:

  • submission to the administration,
  • inspections,
  • academic year planning,
  • reporting to the education department.
