Personal Profile Settings

⚠️ Last name and first name cannot be changed manually. These details can be updated by the educational institution Administrator if necessary.

These settings are available to all roles on the platform.

Personal Profile Information

Click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select "Settings".

In this section, you can view and edit your personal account information.
For example:
- date of birth
- username
- phone number
- brief personal description
- profile cover image
- add/change avatar or personal photo

To change the profile language, click the "Language" field and select the required language. Click "Save".

To change the avatar image or add a personal photo, click the pencil icon below the current avatar and select a new avatar. Click "Save". To add a photo instead of an avatar, click the plus icon to the right below the avatar and upload an image from your computer. Click "Submit".

To change the profile theme, click the "Design Theme" field and select the required theme. Click "Save".

To enable/disable the Fox Assistant, toggle the "Fox Helper" switch and click "Save".

To change the profile cover image, upload an image in the Profile Background field and click "Save".

Personal Profile Security

In this tab, you can change your platform login details: email address and password.

Profile Integrations

This section is used to configure the Zoom integration.
