Users Inventory

Managing User’s Inventory

User’s Inventory lets SuperAdmins view and manage game objects in a specific user’s inventory, and review inventory change logs.

⚠️ Any changes you make here affect the user immediately and may impact quests, rewards, and other gamification mechanics.

Steps

  1. Open the platform and login as a SuperAdmin.
  2. Go to “Gamification” and select “User’s Inventory”.
  3. Find the user:
    1. Enter an “ID” or start typing the user name in the “User” field.
    2. Click the search (magnifier) button.
    3. To clear filters, click the reset (X) button.
  4. Open the user inventory:
    1. Click Actions next to the required user.
    2. Select “Inventory”.
  5. Add an item to the user inventory:
    1. Click “ADD”.
    2. Select the required “Object”.
    3. Enter “Quantity”.
    4. Click “Submit”.
  6. Edit an existing inventory item:
    1. Click Actions next to the item.
    2. Select “Edit”.
    3. Update “Object” and/or “Quantity”.
    4. Click “Submit”.
  7. Remove an inventory item:
    1. Click Actions next to the item.
    2. Select “Remove”.
  8. View inventory logs for a user:
    1. Go back to the user list (use the “USER’S INVENTORY” button if you are inside a user page).
    2. Click Actions next to the required user.
    3. Select “Inventory Logs”.
  9. Filter logs to find a specific change:
    1. Use the filters (for example “User”, “Object”, “Quantity”, or “Event”).
    2. Click the search (magnifier) button.
    3. To clear filters, click the reset (X) button.
