Create IEP for Students

Creating Individual Educational Plans for Students

⚠️ Individual educational plans are created within the workload of a specific teacher. Before adding plans, it is necessary to create a record of the teacher's workload.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Platform as a School Administrator.
  2. Open the menu Individual Educational Plans → Teachers' Workload.

  3. Click the Add button.

  4. In the window that appears, select the teacher from the list, fill in the field Max. number of hours per year, and click Save.
    (You can search for the teacher by entering part of the surname.)

  5. In the list, click Actions next to the desired teacher and select Open.

  6. The page of individual educational plans for the selected teacher will open. Click Add.

  7. Fill in all required fields: - Student (you can search by surname);
    - Subject;
    - Start date and End date;
    - Consultation Type;
    - Parallel.
    Then click Save.

  8. The added meetings will appear in the list under the selected teacher.

Useful to Know

  • Consultation types can be added in the section Individual Educational Plans → Consultation Types.
  • All individual plans are assigned to a specific teacher and are displayed only after creating the workload.
