"Courses" Module allows you to create, preview, and edit courses, manage their content, and organize courses using categories. It can also be used as a teacher curriculum: teachers can structure learning material lecture by lecture.
Course structure supports Chapter, Sub-Chapter, and Lecture. You can also add Quizzes to the course content (for example, one quiz per lecture), so students can pass checkpoints and complete the course step by step.
⚠️ Courses can be accessible for different roles (for example, Teacher and Administrator) depending on your school settings.
Courses are created and managed through the Courses section in the main menu. Categories are managed in the Courses → Categories button and can be assigned to courses by the Add or Edit option.
Open the “Courses” section in the main panel to view the courses list.
⚠️ If the Courses module is not visible in the left navigation menu, please contact the Administrator of your institution and ask them to enable this module in the School Workspace. The Administrator should navigate to Settings → Workspace modules within the School Workspace, locate the Courses module in the list, and enable it.
Use filters to find courses by Caption or Status.
Open “Courses” → click “Categories” button to view and manage course categories.

Fill in the basic course information.

Active — the course is visible and available to students/administrators.
Draft — the course is hidden during development.
Important: Remember to click the Submit button from time to time in the lower-right corner of the page to avoid losing your changes.
You will find the “Course Content” panel on the right side of the screen. This is where you create the hierarchy of learning materials.

Adding a Course Category
A category is a logical “container” for courses. It defines the criterion by which courses are grouped. Subject or field of study is the most obvious option, but not the only one.
