Incidents Dashboard Widget

The Incidents dashboard widget provides a quick overview of incident reporting activity at school.
The widget allows administrators and school leaders to monitor safety-related records statistics as of today, within last 7 days and within last 30 days at a glance and follow up promptly when incident forms are missing or newly submitted.

Admin can add the Incidents widget to the dashboard.

Adding Incidents Widget

1. Navigate to Dashboard in the panel menu on the left.
2. Click Actions->Edit Dashboard in the top right corner of the page.
3. Click the "Add Widget button".
4. Select "Incidents Today", "Incidents - Last 7 Days" and "Incidents - Last 30 Days".
5. The widgets will immediately appear on the dashboard displaying the pie/dougnut chart with the visualised data on current school incidents statistics within the selected periods.
6. Click "Save Dashboard".
7. Data can be refreshed by clicking the "Refresh" button in the top right corner of the widget block.
