Changing a Student`s Email

Changing Student’s Email or Password

⚠️ Changing a student’s email updates their login credentials for the platform.

⚠️ Administrator rights are required.

Steps

  1. Go to “Students” section in the menu panel on the left and open the list of students. Use the search filter to find the required student.
  2. Click Actions next to the student’s name and select “Credentials” from the menu.
  3. In the “Email” field, delete the old address and enter the new one — it must be correct and valid, as the new login credentials will be sent to the student at this email address.
  4. If you need to change the password, click the “Change” button next to the “Password” field. The system will automatically generate a new password. The password will be copied to the clipboard.
  5. Click “Submit” to apply the changes. Once the data is saved, the student will receive an email at the specified address containing the login credentials (email and the password generated by the system). The student can later change their login credentials in the account “Settings.”
  6. Verify the result — the new email address should appear in the student’s profile, and the student will be able to sign in using the updated email.
